Collin Czajka, D.M.D.

(Pronounced Chi-ka, long I, short a)

A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Dr. Collin Czajka earned his Batchelor's degree in biomaterial engineering with a minor in business administration from Clemson University. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta.

Dr. Czajka completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Meridian, Idaho, where he further expanded his skills in comprehensive care and complex treatment planning. He has since practiced in a variety of clinical settings — including correctional facilities, private practices, and emergency dental clinics — allowing him to work with patients from all walks of life. Dr. Czajka is passionate about problem-solving challenging cases and helping every patient feel confident and comfortable with their smile.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Czajka enjoys golfing, hunting, hiking, fishing, water sports, and spending time with family and friends. Growing up in the south didn’t stop him from developing a love of winter sports — he’s played ice hockey since childhood and continues to enjoy skiing and snowboarding.

Breanna Crowder, R.D.H.

Breanna grew up in Abingdon, Virginia and currently resides there with her husband and two beautiful children. She received her Degree in Dental Hygiene from Wytheville Community College in 2011.

Breanna enjoys connecting with each patient to deliver exceptional individualized care and bringing awareness to total body health through oral health. She also prioritizes continuous education to stay up to date on the most accurate information and technology.

Outside of the operatory, Breanna and her family enjoy playing sports, traveling and boating on South Holston Lake.

Landrey bledsoe, r.d.h

Landrey is originally from Duffield, Virginia, and currently resides in Abingdon, Virginia. She graduated from Wytheville Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene and discovered Mountain City Dental through a job fair.

In her spare time, Landrey enjoys traveling, exploring the world, and spending time with friends.

Aubrey Grieve, r.d.a

Aubrey is originally from Northeast Florida and moved to Mountain City in 2019 to enjoy the mountains and a slower pace of life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology while her husband served in the Army. With a long-standing aspiration to work in healthcare, Aubrey was excited to join the dental field. She began her career at Mountain City Dental at the front desk in reception and went on to become a licensed dental assistant.

Her favorite part of working at Mountain City Dental is helping anxious patients feel comfortable and calm during their visits.

Aubrey has two children and enjoys traveling with her family, especially on cruises or trips to big cities. She also loves spending time with friends and tracing her family roots through history. Her favorite animals are cats and baby goats.

rebecca bishop, R.d.a

Rebecca is originally from Watauga County and moved to Mountain City in 1999. She has been a dental assistant for 13 years and enjoys the diversity of her role, meeting new people, and helping educate patients on the importance of overall oral health.

Rebecca has three children and enjoys camping and spending quality time with her family.

Lorraine austin

Lorraine found her home here in the mountains in 1993 after moving with her family from Houston, Texas. She met her husband, Jonathan, at church, and they have been married for 29 years. She has two extraordinary children, an amazing son-in-law, and a grandbaby who loves cookies. Lorraine enjoys small-town living while appreciating the convenience of having a larger town nearby. Her hobbies include reading, knitting, cross-stitching, baking, and vacations to the beach.

Lorraine earned a degree in hospitality and worked in the medical field for 13 years before joining Mountain City Dental eight years ago. She is an integral part of the dental team, supporting billing, scheduling, and patient care.
